Pallets are delivered on an 18-tonne tail-lift lorry and offloaded to the kerbside by pump truck — typically within 2–3 working days, with next-day options at checkout for most mainland postcodes. Someone should be on site to accept delivery. Collection from our Coventry yard (Unit B2, Stag Industrial Estate, CV6 5PY) is also available, often same-day.

Is delivery really free on the full pallet?

Yes — all orders over £499 get free standard UK mainland delivery, and the 48-bag pallet is over that threshold on its own. (Scottish Highlands and offshore islands excluded.)

Can I mix a pallet order with adhesive and grout?

Yes. Add adhesive, grout, primer or anything else to the same order and we'll consolidate the delivery where possible — and it all counts towards the £499 free-delivery threshold.

How much does one pallet cover?

A 20kg bag covers about 1m² at 10mm depth — so at a typical 3–5mm pour, a 48-bag pallet covers roughly 96–144m². Always allow around 10% extra for wastage.
