Floor preparation

Some problems only show once the old flooring comes up. If the fitter finds the floor isn't level, stable or suitable, we'll tell you straight away, explain the work we recommend and let you decide whether to go ahead. Any extra materials and labour are charged separately, and the fitting date may need to move. Please read our flooring installation information before booking.
