FAQs

Are your floor tiles porcelain or ceramic?
Nearly all the tiles in this collection are porcelain; the material is listed in the specification on every product page. Our porcelain vs ceramic guide explains the differences.

What adhesive do large-format floor tiles need?
Use a flexible C2 S1 or S2 adhesive. Larsen recommends Fibreflex Standard Set+, Rapid Set+, Semi-Rapid Set+ and Ultimate S2 for large-format tiles. A flat floor matters too: see self-levelling compound. Read the full large-format adhesive guide: https://arktiles.co.uk/blogs/guides/best-tile-adhesive-large-format-uk

Can I get a floor tile sample?
Yes. Cut-size samples of indoor floor tiles are free (£0), with £4.99 delivery per order for up to 5. You can also see full-size tiles at our Coventry showroom (Mon–Fri 9–6, Sat 10–5).
