Do you have a tile showroom I can visit?

Yes! We have a tile showroom in Coventry where you can see hundreds of tiles in person. We're open 7 days a week and offer free expert advice, free samples and trade accounts. No appointment needed.

Can I get free tile samples?

Yes, we offer free tile samples on most of our ranges. You can request samples online or pick them up from our Coventry showroom.

What is the minimum order for free delivery?

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £499. For orders under this amount, a standard delivery charge applies.

Do you supply tiles to trade customers?

Yes, we offer trade accounts for builders, developers, interior designers and contractors. Trade customers benefit from discounted pricing and priority service. Contact us to set up a trade account.

What types of tiles do you stock?

We stock a wide range including porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, marble effect tiles, wood effect tiles, metro tiles, outdoor tiles, large format tiles, luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) and laminate flooring.

Do you offer porcelain outdoor tiles suitable for UK weather?

Yes, we stock frost-resistant outdoor porcelain tiles with R11 slip ratings, suitable for UK patios, gardens and driveways. We carry 20mm thick paving slabs as well as standard 10mm options.

Is there parking at the Ark Tiles showroom?

Yes, there is free parking available at our Coventry showroom. The showroom is also fully wheelchair accessible.

Can I get help with tile design and layout?

Absolutely. Our showroom team offers free design consultation to help you choose the right tiles, coordinate wall and floor options, calculate quantities and plan your layout. Just come in or give us a call.
